Integrated Test Platform of One Diesel Generator Set Embedded Software

Abstract


In order to test whether the function of the software in the monitoring system of a marine diesel generator set meets the requirements in the actual operating environment, a model-based integrated test platform is designed. On the basis of system design and structure function, this article discusses the overall design scheme and key technology of the platform from the aspects of model establishment, test experiment arrangement and operation environment construction. The integrated test platform can simulate the operation of a marine diesel generator monitoring system under different environmental variables, realize the comprehensive performance test, technical analysis and parameter setting of the monitoring software and equipment. In addition, this test platform is not only shorten the monitoring system and the generating unit of the joint experiment time, but also shorten the monitoring software development cycle, reduce R & D costs.
