Preliminary Study on the PMV Contents Using ANN-based MET Estimation
Abstract
This study is a preliminary study of PMV contents using ANN based MET prediction. The purpose of this study is to establish research background as a basic stage of research and to establish directions for research through this. In order to improve the comfort of the interior of the building, the position, activity, and lengthening pattern of the occupant were identified and a predictive plan for indoor comfort was established through the ANN model using the derived data. This ultimately aims to improve not only indoor comfort but also building energy efficiency. Basic research on the application and application of ANN was conducted for this purpose. As a result, we concluded that predictive control and energy load reductions satisfying the individual warmth preference by using MET and ANN algorithms will be possible [1]. The ANN model developed in the future can be applied as an optimal control strategy for the opening of the double skin building, which is actively used in energy, indoor environment and structural aspects [2].
