Abstract

Environmental vulnerability problem of energy-resource-city in China has been more and more obvious, how to improve urban resilience has been immediately. As the material carrier and important embodiment element of urban resilience, urban space should be directed by an integrated and enforceable system, whose development and evolution is closely related to urban resilience. Analyzing the present situation of the energy-resource-city's vulnerability in China and the key uncertain factors to its resilience, discussing the possibility and the regulation of the cities' development, the framework of spatial evolution and optimization is put forward, which is used to improve the city resilience.
