Research and Application on High Temperature Clean Fracturing Fluid System

Abstract


Clean fracturing fluid is suitable for the transformation of low permeability reservoirs, with a strong waterproof Mintel, but temperature resistance is poor. As water base guanidine gum fracturing fluid doesn’t have effective function on Tong47 fault Block For Huabei Oilfield with characteristics of medium porosity, low permeability and strong water sensitivity, we proposed a new high temperature clean fracturing fluid system (120℃) which was prepared with anionic Gemini surfactant and other additives. The system was successfully applied in 7 wells, the average oil production increased 10.4 t/d, and the oil incremental effect is obvious.
