Research on Welding Process of Titanium Alloy

Abstract


The welding organization and physical properties of the titanium alloy are analyzed; the welding defects and its causes of the titanium alloy are discussed. The welding processes of titanium alloy such as plasma arc welding, laser welding, diffusion welding and brazing welding are studied. Ten experiences about titanium alloy welding are summed up. Finally, the development direction of titanium alloy welding is pointed out.
