Performance Analysis and Simulation of Numerical Algorithm for Quadratic Basis Pursuit Problem

Abstract


Signal reconstruction is an important technique for compressive sensing problem. At present, when the relationship between the measurements and the unknowns is non-linear, the quadratic basis pursuit (QBP) is a practical signal reconstruction algorithm to solve the problem. However, it is computationally demanding. In this paper, a modified QBP method based on alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) is proposed. The performance of this algorithm is investigated by numerical analysis. Compared with traditional convex optimization tool, it has smaller computational time.
