Mechanical Performance Analysis of Curved Double Box Steel-concrete Composite Girder Bridge in Construction Stage

Abstract

In order to study the mechanical properties of Curved Steel-Concrete Composite Girder Bridge in construction stage, taking the actual project of ramp C of Zhibu South Junction as background, considering the influence of pouring sequence, after verifying the feasibility of the finite element modeling method, the ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the model of composite girder in construction stage, under the influence of different parameters. The results show that the mechanical properties of composite beams in construction stage can be effectively reflected by equivalent wet weight of concrete to uniform load combined with element life and death technology. The stress and displacement of flange are larger than that of integral casting, but the effect of casting sequence on tangential and radial stresses of section is not significant. In the case of sequential casting, the variation of stress and displacement is smaller than that of spacing casting.
