Vehicle Detection Method Based on Improved HOG-LBP

Abstract


Aiming at the limitations of histogram of oriented gradient (HOG) feature descriptors, such as redundant information, easy to cause false detections and so on, in order to further improve the detection accuracy rate and speed, this paper proposes a vehicle detection method based on improved hog. A-HOG features are introduced and combined with LBP features to realize vehicle detection. Experiments show that our method has more efficient performance in accuracy.
