Precipitation Forecast Based on Mathematics Modelling Method

Abstract

This text analyzes the character of the precipitation data using difference numerical value fitting method with a set of precipitation data, build up the precipitation forecast optimizing analysis to get the precipitation forecast optimized. And based on it, we establish the mathematics modelling of the precipitation forecast and present the source code implementation. This method improves the accuracy and timeliness of the precipitation forecast in reality, and make the forecast more satisfied.
