The Development and Reflection on Public Opinion Work About Water Conservancy in Sichuan Province

Abstract

Strengthening risk prevention and control of public opinion on water conservancy is the key to improving water conservancy governance. In this information age, it is more necessary to actively guide public opinion so as to ensure the stable development of water conservancy work. Through combing the risk and corresponding measures of public opinion on water conservancy in Sichuan province, this paper points out that there are still some problems, such as homogenized report content, lack of interaction with local media, limited exposure rate, lack of local features and so on, in water conservancy publicity and response to public opinion in Sichuan province and put forward some measures which will help to guide the development of public opinion work on water conservancy in Sichuan province, such as employing new media to broaden the channels of information dissemination and make efforts to popularize the science knowledge of water conservancy.
