Construction of the Selection Index System for High-level Basketball Players in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to introduce the basketball player selection index system into the selection of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities. At the same time, it provides theoretical basis for the selection of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities. It can provide reference Suggestions for decision-makers at all levels and coaches to select and educate talents scientifically. This study mainly adopts the experimental method to determine the relevant selection and allocation indicators of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities, including physical ability, technical ability, and tactical ability. Through the test and test of 8 high-level basketball players in Nanchang University, the author analyzes the selection and allocation indicators of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities. The results show that the level of basketball players obtained by ahp is consistent with that obtained by coach subjective consciousness selection.
