Organization Level of the Protection System and Protection of Children’s Rights in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The article analyzes the organization of protection of children's rights at different levels of state and educational structures. It is concluded that the main stage of informing about their rights and getting skills to use them is secondary school. However, it is this level that is least involved in the work. Recommendations on possible improvement of activity in this direction are offered.
