Abstract

Firstly, the definitions of distributed generation in typical countries or organizations are compared and summarized. On this basis, t hree basic characteristics of distributed generation are provided. Then, we established an evaluation system and quantitative analysis model of distributed and centralized development for renewable energy and a multi - attribute and matter - element extension evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze it. Finally, Empirical analysis of Germany's renewable energy development mode is studied, which quantitative analyzed the development mode for wind and photovoltaic power .
