Experimental Study on Tangential Contact Stiffness of Plate Joint Surface of the Rod Fastening Rotor
Abstract
Based on the fractal contact theory, the tangential contact stiffness of the plate joint surface is calculated by the performance parameters, the normal load, the tangential force and the fractal parameters of the plate surface. The tangential contact stiffness of the plate joint surface is calculated and its variation regularity is researched by numerical simulation, which is verified through the test. It is found that in the qualitative theoretical model, the fractal contact theory is correct, but the fractal theory has its scope of application, it is suitable for the smaller roughness and the larger normal load. In the experimental aspects, the contents of the research are a good supplement to the contact fractal theory.
