Health Assessment of SGCC Industrial Ecosystem Based on Fuzzy-AHP Method

Abstract


This paper established a Fuzzy-AHP model to assess the health condition of industrial ecosystem of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) during the year 2014-2016. By drawing on the experience of business ecosystem, and based on SGCC’s business ecosystem characteristics and health criteria, a health evaluation index system of SGCC was established considering the structure rationality, coordination ability, system stability and growth ability. The assessment model was built based on the advantage of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive method. By using of this Fuzzy-AHP model, this paper identifies deficiencies in the development of SGCC’s industrial ecosystem, which provides a theoretical reference for enhancing SGCC's competitiveness.
