Research on the Domestication Method of Landfill Leachate with Aged Refuse

Abstract


This study investigates the domestication effect of two aged refuse domestication methods, the load-increasing culture method and mixed culture method. And in this research ,it got aged refuse, has buried in aged refuse column for more than 5a, using the landfill site of Changsheng Bridge as the treatment object. The results disclosed that the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen by the mixed culture method was 67.64% and 64.92% respectively, which was higher than by the load-increasing cultivation method, 57.36% and 59.48% respectively. In terms of microbiological characteristics, there was obviously more microorganism in mixed culture method. In addition, the mixed culture method showed a very high removal rate in the molecular segment of > 0.45 and < 5k. In combination, the method of mixed culture is considered to be superior to the load-increasing culture method.
