Research on Integrated Construction, Maintenance and Operation Method of Photovoltaic Building Based on BIM

Abstract

The combination of BIM (Building information model) and BIPV is an inevitable trend of Building development. WBIPV (Whole BIPV) has a stronger degree of combination of photovoltaic electricity and building. The construction process is complex, the content of construction management is tedious, and the management and installation of construction products need effective management tools. BIM combined with RFID radio frequency technology is a developing composite building management technology, which will play a huge role in the construction, maintenance and operation management of all-covering photovoltaic integration. This paper systematically discusses the construction and maintenance methods of photovoltaic buildings managed by BIM from a theoretical point of view.
