Preliminary Analysis and Research on Earthquake Emergency Plan for Public Service

Abstract

China is one of the countries in the world with the most intense seismic activity and the most serious earthquake disaster. To save the lives and property of the people to the greatest extent, the demand for public services in the field of earthquake emergency rescue is urgent. Earthquake emergency plan is the foundation of public services and products, it is a normative document to handle emergencies timely, minimize casualties, reduce the economic loss and social impact, and make earthquake emergency coordinated, efficient and orderly. Through preliminary analysis and research on earthquake emergency plan, this article points out the shortcomings of the Earthquake Emergency Preparedness in China, and puts forward the corresponding improvement proposals.
