Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Sea Area Utilization in Liaoning Province

Abstract

This paper constructs a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for sea area utilization, and applies the statistical data of Liaoning Province in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015. The entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation index and coordination index are used.
